Office Rules & Etiquette

We welcome founders, students and guests into our office to create an exciting, collaborative and creative space. It's important to respect the space to ensure its a productive and positive environment for all. Please be considerate - this is vital to the Pear office working for everyone here!

Onboarding

• To request to have a new member onboarded to your team at Pear Studio, please send an email to [email protected] and [email protected] with more information.

Offboarding

• If you let someone go or if a cofounder leaves, please first work with your Pear Partner to figure out the best path forward.
• Once the departure is finalized, please complete the following:
  • Ask the employee to remove their belongings from the Studio.
  • Notify [email protected] of the departure so that their Studio access can be deactivated. In the email, please include the employee’s:
    • Company
    • Name
    • Email address

Mother’s Room

We offer a comfortable and private mother’s room in our SF Studio. To ensure privacy to nursing individuals, access to this room is restricted. When using the mother’s room, please make sure to change the wooden sign from ‘Available’ to ‘In Use’.

If you would like access to the mother’s room, please email [email protected] with the following information:

• Name
• Mobile Badge Number
• Duration of access needed (# of months, indefinitely, etc.)
