Phone Booths

We have 10 phone rooms that founders can use. These are the smaller rooms without tech in them and can fit 2-3 people:

To reserve a phone room, please walk up to your room of choice and use the booking mechanism attached to select your desired time. Phone rooms may only be reserved for an hour at a time and reservations can only be made day of. Please note, the rooms in the Pear VC hallway are only for Pear Team usage.

Conference Rooms

Pear has four conference rooms for founders that are you may use by reservation only.

To reserve a conference room, please walk up to your room of choice and use the booking mechanism attached to select your desired time. Conference rooms may only be reserved for an hour at a time and reservations can only be made day of. If you have an important meeting, book a room early in the morning!

• The four mid-sized conference rooms (Cookie Cart, Scale Arash, Same Day Notice, 20 Eggs) can seat 8 people.

Above all, please be mindful and respectful of the reservations made that are displayed on the screen. Please ensure you are cleared out of the room by the time the next meeting is set to begin. Please note, Goat Rodeo and the rooms in the Pear VC hallway are only for Pear Team usage.

Usage Policy

Pear Studio is growing quickly and starting to reach capacity. Conference and call rooms are a resource we’re happy to provide to members of this space, and in order for all of our founders to have fair and consistent access to this resource, we need all members to follow these guidelines:

• Book a room before using it (see detail below).
• Reservations can be made for up to 1 hour.
• Use rooms only for calls; avoid bringing in monitors and other personal equipment.

Booking Instructions

• For Conference Rooms:
  • Walk-up booking: You can book a room at the door using the tablet outside.
  • Book on Envoy
    • Download the Envoy Mobile App (App Store/Google Store) and sign into your account
    • Click on the “Map” tab
    • At the top of the screen, tap on “Today”
    • Select the date of your meeting
    • Turn off “All day” to input the time of your meeting
    • Select the room you want to book
    • Book the room for up to one hour
• For Call Rooms:
  • Walk-up booking: You can book a room at the door using the tablet outside.
